How to Deactivate and Delete a User

You can deactivate a user in Soon.
A deactivated user does not count towards your billing.
You will still be able to:
- See the hours this person has been scheduled.
- Export their data
- Reactive this user
You will not be able to:
- Schedule this person while they are deactivated
You can Delete a user
Removing a deactivated user will completely remove all their data.
⚠️ This step is irreversible.
