How to Sign Up for Soon on Microsoft Azure Marketplace

Step 1: Subscribe to Soon

1. Go to the Microsoft Azure Marketplace

1. Select the offer for Soon

1. Selecting a Plan

• Choose between Team, Business

• Or contact us to request the Enterprise (private) plan.

• Hit subscribe after making a selection.

1. Provisioning the Subscription

• Choose a subscription type (pay-as-you-go or other options).
• Assign to a resource group (new or existing).
• Name the subscription for easy identification.
• Select billing terms (one month or one year).
• Determine the number of users needed.
• Opt for recurring billing for uninterrupted service.
• (Optional) Assigning tags is for administrative purposes only.

1. Review and Subscribe

• Confirm the deal and terms.
• Hit subscribe to initiate the process.

1. Provisioning by Microsoft

• Wait for Microsoft to provision the SaaS subscription.

Step 2: Set Up Your Soon Account

1. Configuring the Account on Soon

• Choose Configure Account Now.
• Link to an existing Soon account or create a new one.
• Follow the steps to create the account.
• Validate your email through a link received.
• Continue with the configuration of your team.

• Start using Soon for scheduling after completing the account setup.
