Connect Soon to your AI assistant
Soon connects to AI assistants so you can ask about your schedule and make changes in plain language, without opening the app. Ask "What am I working this week?" or "Who can cover Friday?" and get a real answer from your live schedule.
The connection uses one standard address that works the same way in every app:

You sign in with your normal Soon account and approve the connection once. You never paste a password or an API key into the assistant.
Pick your app
- Claude (web and desktop), the most common choice.
- ChatGPT.
- Claude Code, the command line tool.
- Codex CLI, the OpenAI command line agent.
- Cursor.
- VS Code.
Using something else? Most tools that support remote MCP servers work. Add the address above as a remote MCP server and sign in when prompted.
What you can ask for
Once connected, you can ask in plain language. For example:
- "What am I working this week?"
- "Who is available to cover Friday evening?"
- "Request leave for the 12th to the 16th."
- "Move Jackson off Saturday and put Ada on instead."
Soon marks every action that changes the schedule as destructive, so your assistant asks before running one. That prompt comes from the assistant rather than from Soon, so only connect assistants you trust.
What the assistant can and cannot do
The assistant acts as you. It sees the boards you can see and can change only what you are allowed to change. A member can read their own schedule and request leave. A planner can do the things a planner does in Soon.
Changes are flagged so your assistant asks before making them, and Soon can create boards but never delete them from an assistant.
Is my data safe
The assistant reads your schedule only when you ask it something. Soon never sends your data anywhere on its own. You can disconnect at any time from the same screen where you connected, and access stops immediately.
