Fix

• changes made quickly in an unpublished event details do not reset anymore
• when changing a user to a new role it now connects the user to the correct group
• deleting a group with a deleted user now works
• events wrongly shown as issue due to deleted slots now have the correct status and do no appear anymore in inbox
• newly signed up users do not see comments as unread that were made before they signed up
